Simple as that

I love simple outfits based. And I adore this jumpsuit. Bought on sale, silk mix, from X-nation. X-nation is an interesting Croatian high street brand, and they have sales that make me think it's Christmas time. Last months I don't shop a lot. My fashion budget is quite small and I try to save money for investment pieces, like my ring for instance. But during the sale era, I can't be so strict with myself any more. Ok, I didn't buy anything in July and waited until now to get something from the final sales.
So, except this fantastic jumpsuit for 15 euros, I also got a silk bow shirt you'll see soon, a pair of suede high waist Zara short (also 15 euros), and those flared jeans(20 euros). I know I need this items, and I know I will wear them a lot, so it was really the perfect investment.
This is an outfit for a party we attended yesterday. I also wore a cream white blazer cause I feel a bit feverish last days. Oh, and yes, I think autumn officially started today. So I wish you all good luck with blazers and trench coats.

Flared girl

My arty arrived 2 days ago. I'm so happy!!!
And my new love? Flared jeans? They look so perfect on the but, I don't know why didn't I wear them before.

Dream date

Last days I'm usually spending at home, in my jeans and a t-shirt, nothing special. Cause I'm lazy and cause I'm working quite hard these days. Well, also cause more then half of my clothes are to big right now and I don't really have time to alter them by myself. So, when I do decide to play dress-up games, I have to improvise a lot. And it's also cause I'm done with summer. No more swimming, so summer is over. I want autumn, the collections are just perfect. Old style glam, flared pants, circle skirts, cashmere jumpers, just perfect. And I'm also waiting for my Arty baby to arrive, so most of my inspirations end up with Arty as a show piece.
But today's outfit is quite meaningful to me. Actually, the skirt is. It was made by a friend of mine, and I used to wear it quite often. I think it's a nice, dreamy piece, that can pop up every now and then. So for an early date with my sweetheart, I decided to wear something old Hollywood romantic style. Oh, and there is no bag, cause it has my favorite, hidden pockets!

Je Ne Veux Pas Travailler

I'm such a lazy gal today. Ok, except that I made Coq au vin for lunch, Limoncello ice cream that is cooling in the freezer, went to see a friend and helped her finding a wedding dress( btw, that's really not easy), I didn't do anything special. And I love it that way!!! Sometimes I just can't be bothered to do anything.
So here is a song for that... one of my favorites!


Today outfit was quite simple, as usual. And did I mention that I'm practically sleeping in my Miu Miu's? They look scary, but are actually one of the most comfortable shoes EVER!

Halston makes your dreams come true

I was going through my closet yesterday, and spotted my favorite vintage buy ever. A golden Halston infinity dress I bought in Paris 2 years ago. Since then I wore it for so many times in so many occasions that I even don't remember. Weddings, parties, concerts,... I think I will even get married in this dress. It's shimmery golden lame and it always makes you feel like Cinderella. As I'm in the 70's mood right now, I decided to take some photos of it, in a version inspired by Nicole Richie's wedding gown, what a wonder, also from Halston..

I love Halston for ages now, much more before Sarah Jessica Parker and SATC2... Ok, maybe I should correct myself, I love VINTAGE Halston. And I hope my collection is going to grow bigger. It's not something you can wear over the year, but for summer, perfect...

Hard summer days

So... the festival season is over, finally... I spent 3 long weeks leaving in my suitcase with many accidents but also nice moments. Now I'm tired but also full of new adventures. Where to start? Oh yes, maybe from the fact that I felt in the bus and hit the front glass? I am alive, but it was really bad. But I had a kind gentleman who helped me. Ok, I did look like home violence victim for next 2 weeks, but now you can barely see it. Then, on the island of Unije, where my band had a team building week, I stepped on a sea urchin. 23 spikes, ladies and gentleman!!! But a kind gentleman helped me again. Then while driving back, I got a very bad stomach flue that made me throw around the whole trip back. But the same kind gentleman helped me again. I taught this will be enough for the rest of the year, but coming back home from Dubrovnik, I realized my wisdom tooth got infected, so I had to see my favorite, the dentist. As I'm waiting for the operation, I hope I won't break my leg, or anything like that.
But, the good moments really made me forget all of this shit. Night swimming, waiting for sunrise on the beach with a bottle of fantastic bottle of wine, new friends, good food, a lot of time to read all the books I wanted to read through the year, new faces, new scents, those are all things I will never forget. So, all in one very nice tour.
And yes, I finally found the arty ring, purchased it, and now I'm waiting for it to come to mama. I'm so happy about it, I think I will even sleep with it. Pure perfection, and the last one, so I think I'm still a lucky girl.
